For over 14 years, we have created a safe place for young ladies to be seen, heard , supported, connected, encouraged. and loved.

Lady Jewels was created to reach girls before the world defines them. Our mission is to empower young women through faith, leadership, sisterhood, and purpose. We believe every girl carries value, potential, and a God- given calling.
As a mentor, mother, minister, and survivor, I understand the importance of having someone believe in you. Through Lady Jewels, we are building a generation of confident young women who know who they are and whose they are.
Together, we are raising a generation of Jewel girls who know who they are and whose they are.

Our vision is to help young women discover who God created them to be and walk boldly in their purpose.
Broken Crayons Still Color
We are not perfect women. We are mothers,daughters, wives, survivors,and leaders who continue showing up while healing ourselves. Through grief, hardship, heath challenges, and life unexpected storms, we remain committed to serving the next generation. We believe broken crayons still color. Our scars do not disqualify us-they become evidence that healing is possible.
Lady Jewels exist because someone chose to turn pain into purpose.

As Treasurer of Lady Jewels of Purpose , Tanya is committed to serving with excellence integrity and compassion.Tanya is passionate about mentoring the next generation and helping young women discover their purpose, build confidence, and pursue every opportunity God places before them.She believes that strong leadership begins withs service compassion and leading by example.Her personal motto is "No child left behind"

She holds an Associate Degree in Medical Office Administration and has has faithfully served on the Lady Jewels of Purpose Board of Directors since the founding 2011. Tumega is passionate about mentoring young women, encouraging them to know their worth, trust God, and believe there is nothing they cannot accomplish when they set their minds to it . She believes that by keeping God first ,everything else will fall into place.
